Family and Inheritance Law

Advisory and representation services are provided in divorce, custody, maintenance, liquidation of the matrimonial property regime, parentage and other disputes arising from family relationships under family law. The drafting of consensual divorce protocols and the litigation processes in contested family law disputes are handled.

With regard to inheritance law, legal services are provided in relation to transactions such as partition of the estate, determination and administration of the estate, certificates of inheritance, disclaimer of inheritance, reserved share and reduction (tenkis), collusive transfer by the deceased (muris muvazaası), wills, inheritance contracts and waiver of inheritance, and in disputes arising from inheritance law.
