Advice is provided on the legal structuring and execution of company mergers, share and asset transfers and investment transactions. In line with the needs of the buyer, seller or investor, the necessary legal processes are handled from the preparatory stage of the transaction through to closing.

Services are provided in relation to the drafting of confidentiality agreements and letters of intent, legal review (due diligence), structuring of the transaction, the drafting and negotiation of share or asset transfer agreements and shareholders’ agreements, the follow-up of required permits and approvals, closing procedures and post-transaction corporate law procedures.
