Personal Data Protection Law

Advice is provided on the compliance with legislation of the personal data processing activities of natural and legal persons under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and related regulations.

Services are provided in relation to KVKK compliance work, data processing inventories and VERBİS (Data Controllers’ Registry) processes, privacy notices and explicit consent texts, company policies and procedures, employee and customer data, website and cookie practices, domestic and cross-border data transfers, and the legal relationships between data controllers and data processors. Legal support is also provided in data subject applications, data breaches, and examination and application processes before the Personal Data Protection Authority.
